 Four regiments of the Strategic Missile Forces will receive the Avangard and Yars

missile systems this year, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.

 Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, during a trip to the Teykovskaya division

of the Strategic Missile Forces in the Ivanovo region, said that the re-equipment

of troops with new weapons is going faster than it was planned.
